Collection and use of personal data
Personal data means information that identifies you or can be linked to you. We may ask for data when you place an order, submit a request, or contact us. Examples: name, phone, delivery address, order notes, delivery date and time, preferred contact channel (Viber, Telegram, call). We only collect email if you provide it. We use this data to fulfil your order, contact you about it, notify you of important changes, and improve our service (internal use only, not sold for third-party marketing). If you take part in promotions we run, your data may be used to operate those promotions.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data to third parties for their marketing. Exceptions: where disclosure is required by the laws of Ukraine, a court order in Ukraine, or a lawful request from a Ukrainian public authority; or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary for safety, law enforcement, or protecting rights. In case of reorganisation or transfer of business, data may be passed to a successor under Ukrainian law.
Security
We take organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction. Staff with access to client data are informed of confidentiality requirements.
